We’re thrilled to introduce enhancements to your Meter Network that will grant more control, configurability, and access to support. Learn about our brand-new captive portal features and native support form below.

Seamless access and compliance with captive portals

Meter is introducing captive portals to our Network product, fully configurable from the dashboard with no additional software needed. Captive portals are employed across numerous industries, including hospitality, travel, education, retail, corporate environments, among others. They provide controlled and compliant internet access while ensuring a seamless user experience.

Once you’ve designed your captive portal, your organization can provide users a branded page to access, comply with terms and conditions, and subsequently get online. This feature improves compliance, flexibility, and control over your guest or public networks.

Customer spotlight: how Meter accelerated time-to-fix for GoBolt

Hear from Heindrik Bernabe, the CTO of GoBolt, about how his third-party logistics company trusts Meter to deliver a robust network across 12+ locations and 1.2m sq ft. Not only does Meter Network support their many IoT devices like robotic pickers and scanners, but also their modern cloud-based software stack.

“Anytime there's an issue with any of our devices, Meter handles it. They’re proactively monitoring everything, 24/7. Others promise this level of off-the-shelf compatibility and support but don’t have the engineers on staff to deliver. Meter does. They embody what you’ve always expected from the incumbents but they never quite delivered.”
