2024 Year in review
2024 was a year of notable expansion at Meter. We shipped a record number of new products, upgrades, and features across our tech and operations stack. We more than doubled our deployed square feet. And we stood up the Meter Partner Program, through which we’re already working with hundreds of high quality organizations across our geographies.
I'm incredibly proud of the work accomplished by the team and wanted to share a brief overview of the products we launched — all of which are geared toward bringing our customers and partners even greater control and visibility into their networks.
These developments reflect our dedication to delivering innovative, reliable, and delightful networking products and services. As we look forward to 2025, we remain committed to doubling down on designing, deploying, and supporting great networks to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
We introduced and iterated on new products that save our customers time and money
Command: Announced in August, Command offers a generative user interface for network management, providing real-time insights and control over network operations to enhance performance and security. We’ve seen our customers use Command to turn text to dashboard to troubleshoot in one step rather than 10.

Cellular: Announced in October, Cellular delivers reliable and cost-effective cell coverage for diverse spaces, including offices, hospitals, and warehouses. By integrating with existing networks through its usage of the CBRS frequency, it simplifies installation and reduces costs compared to traditional Distributed Antenna Systems.
Connect: One of our current products, Connect, streamlines the process of selecting and managing internet service providers (ISPs). We’re proud to report that it gained significant traction across the US this year, helping more users compare quotes, secure contracts, and oversee installations efficiently.
We overhauled our software to push our networks’ performance, security, and reliability even further
Dashboard: We introduced software features only possible with our vertically integrated infrastructure, such as MultiWAN, Switch auto-config, and custom alerts – amongst 30+ others – to the Meter Dashboard. These features are expressly designed to enhance network visibility, control, and security for our users.
Network Operating System (NOS) 10: Geared to release this month, NOS 10 brought improvements in SD-WAN capabilities, network controls, and overall security, providing a significantly more robust networking experience.
We engaged with channel partners to expand our reach and help accelerate their business
Channel partner program: In March, we officially launched the Meter Partner Program aimed at accelerating both revenue for channel partners and further adoption of our services. This program fosters collaboration with industry leaders to deliver comprehensive networking solutions.
We invited the networking community for a closer look our technology
MeterUp 2024: Our inaugural conference in October brought together over 100 IT and networking professionals to discuss industry trends and showcase our latest offerings. The event featured real-time product demonstrations, insights into our release processes, and tours of our warehouse and QA lab.

Networking Field Day 36: In November, we participated in our first field day to present our company and products to gather feedback from industry experts, reinforcing our commitment to continuous improvement. As a company, we’re constantly looking for feedback to ensure we’re delivering great products that bring real value to our customers and partners.
Thank you for being part of the Meter community
